Please find all the information you need for any one of them below.

India Tourist e Visa

A tourist e visa is an electronic visa issued to persons interested in visiting India as tourists.

This e visa is available in different forms; we have the single-entry e visa, which allows you to stay in the country for up to 30 days, but you must apply for it at least 4-30 days before your arrival.

Then there are the Multiple entry options valid for one year and five years, allowing you to stay for up to 6 months, but you must apply for it at least 4-120 days before your arrival.

The five-year multiple entry e visa for tourism also allows you to stay up to 6 months and must be obtained 4-120 days before your trip.

Both multiple-entry visas can be used to visit India several times a year as long as they are valid.

To get this visa, you must provide documents to prove that you have what it takes to cover your living and traveling expenses.

If you have a valid visa in your old passport, this visa is still valid for entry. You have to bring your old passport along with your new passport and earlier granted valid e-Visa (ETA) document with you. Please do not apply if you have a valid visa in any other passport. Your application will be rejected. If your passport with Indian visa was lost, and you are applying with a new passport, please let us know

India E-visas must be obtained prior to travel to India. No documents need to be mailed to VisaHQ for processing. You will receive an Electronic Travel Authority by e-mail. Biometric details will be taken upon arrival in India.

NOTE: E-visa is not available to Diplomatic/Official Passport or Laissez-passer travel document holders as well as International Travel Document Holders.
